  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Regions: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (depending on accessibility)

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49–₹99 extra, depending on location

  • International Shipping: Currently not available (coming soon).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear unboxing images or videos for verification.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
