1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  • Provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

If eligible, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (processing may take 5–7 working days).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, energy, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, opened, or handled spiritual items (Rudraksha, Yantras, Pyramids, Bracelets, Gemstones, etc.)

  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team

  • Items delayed due to courier issues or delivery refusal


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order will be considered final and non-cancellable.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
